Rock Steady Boxing

Designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease, Rock Steady Boxing is a no-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program. This class is suitable for most people with Parkinson’s disease and requires no prior boxing experience. Based on research showing that physical exercise may fuel brain repair, Rock Steady Boxing aims to help participants increase strength and independence while also allowing them the chance to connect with others living with Parkinson’s disease.
