Friendship Haven is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full range of living and care options, including town homes, apartments, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.

Our campus also includes a wide variety of amenities, programs, and gathering spaces designed to support an active, connected lifestyle.

Friendship Haven is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and led by an experienced team of professionals committed to serving residents and families.

Founded by the United Methodist Church, Friendship Haven is a faith-based organization while welcoming people of all faiths, backgrounds, and beliefs.

Friendship Haven offers a range of living and care options designed to support residents as needs change over time. Options include independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, home care, rehabilitation therapy, respite care, and long-term nursing care.

This allows residents to remain connected to the Friendship Haven campus, even when health needs change. We’re also located next to Trinity Regional Medical Center, providing convenient access to additional medical services and specialists.

Friendship Haven offers a range of living and care options designed to meet people where they are.

Independent Living includes our Hilltop Road, Friendship Circle, and Timber Ridge Town Homes, along with Kenyon Place apartments and The Ridge apartments - all offering the freedom of independent living with Friendship Haven close at hand.

Assisted Living is available in The Gardens, with both traditional assisted living and memory support neighborhoods for those who may benefit from a little more help and support each day.

Skilled Nursing Care is provided in Simpson Health Center for both short-term recovery and long-term stays, with around-the-clock care when it’s needed.

Advanced Memory Support is offered in the Journeys neighborhood for residents who need a higher level of memory care in a setting designed to provide added comfort, structure, and support.

To be considered for independent living at Friendship Haven, applicants must be at least 55 years old, able to live independently, and complete an application for residency.

Friendship Haven offers a variety of residential options to fit different lifestyles, preferences, and budgets. Pricing varies by neighborhood based on factors such as apartment or town home size, location, floor plan, and features like a porch or balcony.
