Kenyon Place

Our Kenyon Place apartments offer an independent, active, and socially connected lifestyle with various one- and two-bedroom plans, each featuring a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Residents enjoy outstanding services and amenities, including restaurant-quality meals, housekeeping, a Wellness Center with a spa and pool, the Tompkins Celebration Center, a library, and computers. Our comprehensive service ensures your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met, making every day special, all included in your monthly service fee.

    • Our award-winning Wellness Program to nurture your body in the pool, the cardiovascular/strength training room, and the exercise studio, or take a Jacuzzi or indulge in some massage therapy
