Community Class Schedule

Class schedules may change from month to month. Please get in touch with the Wellness Team to sign up by either calling 515-573-6270 or emailing wellness@friendshiphaven.org.

Community Wellness & priority move-in list members may use the Wellness Center pool & gym Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. All people using the pool at anytime must utilize the buddy system (a partner present in the Aquatic Center at all times) and have a signed waiver and release filed with the Wellness Center team.
