Campus Visits Now Suspended

March, 13, 2020 Update:

Beginning at noon today, we will no longer be allowing any visitors to our campus. We realize this is a huge sacrifice not to see your loved ones in person, however, we are following CDC and federal government recommendations by not granting visitors’ access. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Your loved ones’ emotional well-being is very important to us and we are aware this will have an impact on them. As always, we will do everything we can to make sure they feel supported, informed and cared for.

We would like to encourage you to visit by phone or video as much as possible. We, along with the rest of the country, will continue to watch for updates and hope this will pass soon. Until then, we need to take the necessary measures to keep our residents and employees safe at Friendship Haven.

Please watch our Friendship Haven Facebook page for updates or call (515) 573-6789 for daily updates regarding our plans.

In the meantime, if you have additional questions please contact:

Kim Schilling, Vice President of Health Services (319) 404-2641
