RN/LPN- Med Pass
Hours: Early Evening Hours - 2 to 3 hours Per Shift
Position: Med Pass Nurse
Job duties: This position will work in the Stone Heights Neighborhood on a part-time basis. Great for someone seeking a few extra hours a week. The primary role will be to pass medications to residents after their evening meal.
Full Time RN for Catalyst - Skilled Neighborhood- Day Shift
Hours: Days 10 & 12 Hour Shifts- 5:00AM - 5:30PM, 10:00AM - 7:30PM & 6:00AM - 6:30PM and on call one weekend per month. Every other weekend and holiday.
Position: Full-time position, 72 – 80 hours per 2 week pay period
Job duties: Full-time RN for the Catalyst Neighborhood to provide resident centered care in a neighborhood setting and assist with various tasks. Catalyst is our Skilled Neighborhood with both residents from our campus and from the community who need short stays. Applicant must be flexible, organized and self motivated. Must have leadership qualities and a desire to be a mentor and role model for the neighborhoods, the ability to get along well with others, and have good critical thinking and communication skills.
Schmoker Adult Day- Program Assistant
Part-time (25 hours per week) between the hours of 10:00AM – 3:00PM (M - F) This position is a versatile Program Assistant that will assist with Housekeeping, Life Enrichment, Med Management and Personal Cares as needed. CNA is preferred, but not required.
River Ridge Assisted Living-Full-Time- Nights
River Ridge/Second Family Caregiver: Full-Time- 10:30PM - 6:30AM, 72 Hours per pay period. Every other weekend/every other holiday. This position covers emergency response and basic first aid to the residents of River Ridge along with Kenyon Place and Town Homes. There are some laundry and hosekeeping responsibilities also. This postion does have scheduled visits for medication pass, toileting reminders/support and AM/PM dressing. The individual chosen will neeed to demonstrate a skill level for nurse delegation for medications and personal cares along with critical thinking skills. Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred but not required if willing to test out for certification. There are opportunities for cross training to other positions within River Ridge, if interested.
Housekeeping/Caregiver/Activities- Primary Housekeeping
Hours: 1st Shift -6AM - 2PM every other weekend/holiday
Position: Full-time, 72-80 hours per pay period
Job duties -Arbor Lane Neighborhood- Every other weekend and holiday. CNA certification training required in the next available class at ICCC, if not already certified. Primary job duties will be Housekeeping in our Arbor Lane LTC Neighborhood. This position will also clean common areas in other neighborhoods as assigned. Other duties will include helping as a Caregiver and Activities when needed.

Full-Time RN/LPN- Float Position
Hours: RN/LPN for Full-Time float position Night Shift. Primarily covers vacations, leave of absenses etc.
Position: This position will be trained in all Simpson Health Center Neighborhoods.
